Originally home to offices and storage, The Milton was reimagined as a boutique accommodation complete with two two-bedroom self-contained apartments, a one-bedroom self-contained apartment and a motel-style room.

The floor plan of the whole level was remodelled, and a fully engineered roof was fitted. Hardwood floors were installed, along with decks to capitalise on the Snowy Mountain views.
